Search Terms
When a visitor types a name, location, or similar term into a sponsored search tool, that query is sent to the outside provider operating the tool. Douglas County Inmate Population does not store those search terms on its own system.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to read it, respond, and manage related records. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
