Use of Douglas County Inmate Population means accepting these terms. Anyone who does not agree with them should stop using the site. Public records obtained from Douglas County or Minnesota agencies may also be subject to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13 and to the rules of the agency that provides the record.

Douglas County Inmate Population is privately owned and has no affiliation with Douglas County, the Douglas County Sheriff's Office, Douglas County Jail, the Minnesota Department of Corrections, any court, or any government body. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provide FCRA-covered services such as employment screening, tenant screening, insurance screening, credit checks, or consumer reports.

Nature of the Website

This site is a private reference resource. It does not store official jail rosters, booking records, court files, or corrections records, and it cannot confirm custody status, release a person, post bond, or file documents with an agency.

The site points visitors toward Douglas County inmate and jail records resources, Minnesota state lookup tools, federal custody locators, and outside research services.
